You can drive anywhere on Panay Island that you can reach by land. Inter-island travel is not allowed.
South Iloilo
Follow the coastal road to the UNESCO-listed Miagao Church, the beaches of Guimbal and San Joaquin, and on along the Antique coast.
North Iloilo and Capiz
Drive up to Carles for the boats to Islas de Gigantes, east to Roxas City for seafood, or on to Caticlan for Boracay (the car stays on the mainland).
Iloilo highlands
Head inland to the cool Bucari Pine Forest in Leon, and stop at Garin Farm in San Joaquin on the way back down south.
